Tibetan Children’s Village, Dharmsala
We are delighted to welcome the Tibetan Children’s Village (TCV) in Dharamsala to our growing family of partners in India. HL is pleased to support TCV in its mission to ensure that Tibetan children receive the education they deserve.
TCV is a state-of-the-art school, offering education from nursery to higher studies for both boarders and day scholars. Currently, the school houses approximately 1,000 students, most of whom are boarders, with a faculty of over 150 teachers.
Continuing with HL’s commitment to education, we are excited to announce the inclusion of five Tibetan students—Kalsang Yangtso, Palzey Wangmo, Tashi Paldon, Tsering Dolma, and Tsering Lhamo—who are pursuing their general nursing degrees through the Healing Lives Education Scholarship Program.
We wish these young women the very best as they embark on their journey toward a bright future.
